MAIN SERVICES

Work:
• information, counselling on immigration legislation, support and assistance for CPI operators;
• support for foreign citizens in accessing the CPI's specialist services (supply-demand matching; self-employment, law 68/99);
• collaboration in the ordinary activities of the CPI (orientation interviews, support CPI client companies for the inclusion of foreign workers).

ASSISTENCE TO FOREIGN CITIZENS FOR:
• administrative procedures, applying/renewing for residence permits, family reunification, applying for citizenship, etc.;
• support in filling out forms and assistance with local public offices;
• information/counselling on the application of national and EU immigration legislation;
• orientation/accompaniment at institutions involved in the procedures: Municipalities, Police (Questura), Prefectures, Embassies and Consulates, INPS, etc..

SECONDARY SERVICE UPON REQUEST OF THE COMPETENT OFFICES (SCHOOLS, SOCIAL OFFICES, ASL, JUSTICE SERVICES)

School:
• collaboration between school and family for more effective communication during the entry phase.

Health:
• information about local services and activities aimed at ensuring understanding, agreement to proposals and trust in the medical staff.

Social:
• activities aimed at promoting social inclusion and facilitating the integration process through the improvement of communication and information about the services provided.

Judicial:
• linguistic and cultural mediation activities to help foreign detainees and their families to understand the technical and bureaucratic language used in this field.
